Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll. GmbH (TS&C) stands at the forefront of holistic data management, specializing in Big Data. Our flagship product, dailypoint™, is a bespoke software solution tailored for the hospitality industry, serving both individual hotels and hotel groups. Founded in 2005, TS&C initially focused on marketing-oriented customer relationship management (CRM). Since then, we've expanded our offerings to include a variety of new products and services. dailypoint™ grants hoteliers access to comprehensive data management capabilities, a domain typically dominated by Online Travel Agents (OTA) and retail giants like Amazon. The software encompasses essential functions such as communication, client retention, guest feedback management, operational support, and in-depth analyses that form a robust foundation for strategic decision-making. TS&C proudly partners with the ÖHV (Austrian Hotel Association) and is an official member of HTNG (Hotel Technology Next Generation), hsmai (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International), and HOSPA (Hospitality Professionals Association).

As of August 2023, the distribution of partner shares is as follows: Dr. Michael Toedt holds 47.26%, Accor S.A. owns 36.99%, Dr. Robert Selk has 9.45%, and Rainer Aumiller possesses 6.30%.

Founder and CEO

Dr. Michael Toedt is one of the most renowned experts in the field of Big Data and CRM. His professional life to date can be divided into two areas: First, his goal was to take over his parents’ hotel business. After two specialist training courses and experience in the star gastronomy sector, he studied business administration with a focus on the hotel industry. In 2000, he started his second career in the field of CRM at the Schörghuber Group of Companies, and in 2005 founded Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll. GmbH. Since then TS&C, now known as dailypoint, has made a name for itself as a software company and think tank for data-driven management. Among others Michael Toedt wrote the official CRM guide of the Austrian Hotel Association and the book “Big Data”, which has become a standard work for the topic of Data Management. He received his doctoral degree in 2016 on the subject of CRM, respectively “The influence of communication on sales performance in the luxury hotel industry” from the University of Latvia.
Michael Toedt writes articles for international magazines and online platforms on a regular basis and lectures at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich about CRM and Hotel Technology as well as at Hotellerie Suisse in the NDS Management Program.
