20 Years of dailypoint: From Family Business to Global Player

Just a day before the award ceremony, we celebrated another impressive event: 20 years ago, on January 13, 2005, the company was founded – back then as a small family business. What started as a consultancy firm for direct marketing is today one of the leading technologies for the global hospitality industry.

The first decade was marked by hard work and relentless commitment. During the day, the focus was on sales and support, while evenings and weekends were dedicated to developing the dailypoint software. The major turning point came in 2015 with the strategic decision to position ourselves as a SaaS provider. This proved to be exactly the right move: The increasing complexity of regional CRM systems and the demand for scalable, international solutions made us an indispensable partner for independent hotels, regional chains, and luxury brands like The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW).

With the support of Accor as a strategic investor, dailypoint has experienced impressive growth over the past few years. Today, the company is present with offices in Munich, Dubai, and soon also in the USA.
