dailypoint™ introduces MCP support and Zapier integration for hotel guest intelligence

Denver, June 11, 2026 – dailypoint, the Guest Data Platform for CRM & Loyalty in hospitality, is introducing support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) alongside a new Zapier integration. Together, the new capabilities make hotel guest intelligence more accessible, connected and actionable across daily operations.

With MCP support, dailypoint enables hotel teams to connect selected guest data and tools with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini through a standardized open protocol. This allows users to work with guest knowledge in natural language — asking questions, creating contacts, retrieving guest summaries, checking preferences or preparing next steps — directly within the AI tools they already use.

The new Zapier integration extends dailypoint connectivity across more than 9,000 apps, enabling hotels to automate workflows between dailypoint and other systems used across the hotel technology stack. From marketing and guest services to sales and operations, teams can trigger actions, transfer information and streamline repetitive processes without adding unnecessary manual work.

Both developments address one of the hospitality industry’s most persistent challenges: fragmented data. Hotels often work with information spread across multiple systems, departments and applications. By making trusted guest intelligence available through AI assistants and automated workflows, dailypoint helps reduce data silos and ensures that relevant information reaches the right place at the right time.

“Hotel teams do not need more disconnected tools — they need easier access to the knowledge they already have,” says Alexander Knoedel, Product & Integrations Manager at dailypoint.

“With MCP support and our Zapier integration, we are creating new ways to use trusted guest intelligence in everyday work. Whether teams are speaking with an AI assistant, automating a workflow or preparing a more personalized Guest Experience, the result is less manual effort, better data quality and smarter decisions.”

At HITEC 2026 in San Antonio, taking place from June 15–18, dailypoint will demonstrate the new capabilities live and showcase a range of practical use cases for AI-supported hotel operations. Visitors will be able to see how hotel teams can use natural language to access guest insights, create and update contacts, generate guest summaries, trigger workflows and connect dailypoint™ data with other business applications.

The MCP support and Zapier integration are part of dailypoint’s broader mission to help hotels turn fragmented information into actionable guest intelligence. By combining the dailypoint™ Golden Record with AI access and workflow automation, hotels can improve operational efficiency, strengthen data quality and deliver more relevant communication throughout the entire guest journey.
