Munich, 6 July 2021 – The largest tourism employer in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the hotel group SEETELHOTELS with currently 17 properties, is a new customer of dailypoint™, Europe’s leading data management and CRM platform.

Located on the German Baltic Sea island of Usedom, the successful hotel group SEETELHOTELS would like to to drive digitalisation forward, especially concerning its guest communication. The portfolio of SEETELHOTELS ranges from the imperial 5* flagship Ahlbecker Hof to the modern all-in children’s resort Usedom. dailypoint™ impressed with its modular structure. The 16 current modules are supplemented by the dailypoint™ Marketplace with over 160 solutions for a completely networked hotel IT landscape. In the first step, SEETELHOTELS will launch the modules Data Laundry for the creation of a company-wide central guest profile, Website Connect for the integration of the own website and the Campaign Manager. In autumn, the integration of further modules is planned.
