What are cookies?

To make our offerings as user-friendly as possible, we use so-called cookies and web beacons.

A cookie is a small text file that a web server of dailypoint™ (for example, the web server of www.dailypoint.kiss-crm.com) sends to your browser when you visit a web page. The so-called “session cookies” expire at the end of the browser session and can record your actions during this one browser session. In contrast, “persistent cookies” are also stored between different browser sessions on your device and can capture your settings or actions on multiple websites.

Web beacons are small graphics files (also known as “pixel tags” or “Clear GIFs”) that may be included in our web pages, apps, applications and newsletters and are typically used in conjunction with cookies to help us to identify users or user behavior. The above statements regarding cookies apply accordingly to web beacons; Web beacons are not used, especially if you have objected to the use of the corresponding cookies.

Cookies are basically no danger to your computer because they are only text files and not executable programs.
The cookies of the dailypoint websites (dailypoint.kiss-crm.com) serve on the one hand the more comfortable surfing and on the other hand market research and advertising purposes, as well as the collection of usage statistics. In addition, we use cookies as part of the web tracking and use them as the basis of personalized content.

In addition to so-called “session cookies”, which are deleted when you end your browser session, we set permanent cookies. These cookies are stored until deletion by the user. The cookies we use do not store any personal information.

Depending on the setting of your browser, the cookie file will be saved or rejected. When the file is saved, our web server can recognize your device. For later visits and to switch between functions that require you to enter a password, you can use the cookie to save some input. This makes cookies easier for you to use web pages that require user input. In addition, cookies can help us offer you the most personalized surfing experience possible.

Unless you specifically do not want it and disable the cookies as described below:
You can either set your browser so that it can receive our cookies or use our website without cookie functionality. In the latter case, however, your text entries in form fields can not be saved for further queries, so you will need to re-enter the next time you visit our website. Furthermore, in this case, unfortunately, we can not present any content tailored to you personally.

Your browser may also already be set to show a warning message each time it receives a cookie. Since the identification cookie must be resent when calling every single page of our website, this message can be very disturbing. We therefore recommend that you set your browser to use cookies from www. dailypoint.kiss-crm.com always be allowed. You can set this setting individually for individual web pages.

For more information on how to use cookies and how to disable cookies, visit www.meine-cookies.org or www.youronlinechoices.com.

Regardless of stored cookies, for security reasons you must re-register for any access to areas subject to registration on our website.

Here you can find detailed information in our privacy policy.
