Munich, March 2021 – The renowned hotel group arcona HOTELS & RESORTS with currently six properties is a new customer of dailypoint™, Europe’s leading data management and CRM platform.

After more than six years of close contact through trade fairs, events and direct exchange, the hotel group, which focuses on the leisure and vacation hotel industry, has opted for dailypoint™ as its central data management tool.  The arcona portfolio ranges from new boutique hotels in the mountains to sporty, casual vacation hotels on Germany’s coasts.

The decisive factor for the cooperation with dailypoint™ was the central system with a detailed guest data analysis and thus the possibility to customize marketing and services completely individually. “Once again, our arcona hotel world is at a standstill in a very special way! Because the lockdown is also hitting us hard.
